I have no job should I still apply?

If you have no job or other similar life income then you probably should not apply unless you can pay a years rent up front, or have other offsetting factors such as a housing voucher or possibly a very large amount of money sitting in a bank account.

Generally tenants must have 3 times the rental payment in combined monthly income. We prefer that primary tenant be able to support rental on their own income.
