I want to make a contribution for property expenses however I have multiple bank accounts. How do I choose the correct bank account?

Your PropertyWare portal allows you to make online contributions.

However it is somewhat simplistic in how it works when you have multiple bank accounts.

When we normally pay your proceeds from multiple different / portfolios or properties to unique bank accounts each bank account is attached to a different corporate contact profile in PropertyWare.

However for the purposes of owner contribution the only bank account you can make contribution with despite being able to see multiple portfolios / properties in your portal is a whatever bank account is configured to your particular contact profile, not necessarily the bank accounts configured and used for pay outs on any of the portfolios or properties you have.

If you have multiple properties or portfolios each with a different account make you can ask us via email to login to your corporate sub account and make the contribution for you or we can give you a separate login (as long as you have different email addresses for each new login or with a gmail / google apps account you can create separate emails on the fly by formatting address youremailaddress+123main@gmail.com).

If you have questions about what bank account is attached to you portal feel free to ask your portfolio manager to check and verify the last for of that account number.
